Best Sales Month – March 2022<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our best month for sales was March 2022,<\/strong> where we found 31 buyers<\/strong> for homes within Rossendale. In the same month, we also listed 30 properties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

World Gravy Wrestling started in Rossendale in 2007<\/strong>, and whilst there may have been others around the globe, the Rossendale<\/strong> version is certainly one of the biggest annual events, it\u2019s a huge hit with the crowds and attracts contestants from all corners of the country<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coppenwall sponsored the charity event<\/strong>, it’s a fantastic day of family fun<\/strong>. The event was featured on many different news outlets, including ITV News<\/strong>. This year, the event raised funds for East Lancashire Hospice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here at Coppenwall we believe in investing in people, and we’ve welcomed a new Apprentice to join our team. Meet Mia<\/strong>. Mia has joined us as a Junior Estate Agent<\/strong> and already started answering calls and helping out with marketing appointments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gin N Trek Charity Event<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Gin N Trek<\/strong> event is organised by Rossendale Hospice<\/strong>, a local charity that care for people with life limiting illnesses. The team joined in the event, it was a fantastic day, and we bumped into many of our vendors and buyers along the way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Golden Board Competition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We decided to turn one of our sale boards GOLD! Coppenwall did the competition on Facebook<\/strong> and asked people to find the board, a winner and runner-up was picked at random to win a voucher for a new restaurant in town, GemNi. We had dozens of entries and even a few photos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve grown our managed rental property<\/strong> side of the business during 2022, we’ve now got dozens of rental properties on our books. The rental market in Rossendale<\/strong> is busy and plenty of tenants are ready and waiting to find a home to rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve also had a number of properties convert from Sale to Rental <\/strong>to bring in a rental income whilst retaining the asset. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We receive viewing enquiries daily via our website and new features are being added all the time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

More visits to our site means more sales for our vendors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Property Sales for 2022<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We sold 149 properties in 2022<\/strong> 99% of those were in Rossendale itself and few neighbouring towns, we do cover Edenfield, Ramsbottom, Burnley, Todmorden, Accrington and more.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
