During 2023 we’ve sold circa 118 properties<\/strong> in and around the Rossendale area. This is not quite as many as last year, but all round property sales have slumped a little due to the rise in mortgage interest rates<\/strong> this year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

We’ve seen a big rise in people opting to rent houses as they are waiting for interest rates to stabilise. There’s also quite a few homeowners opting to become landlords and rent out their properties<\/strong> and wait for market conditions to improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
