We sold over 150 properties in 2024<\/strong>. We’ve also spotted that our conversion rate between listed properties and selling them is a staggering 96%<\/strong> meaning we have one of if not the best property sales conversion rates in the Rossendale valley<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s not often this happens, but this is actually 4 independent sales on the same street. We then actually went on to sell two other properties on the street, and at the time of writing we still have 4 sold boards on the street. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve invested in a new drone to enable us to take aerial photography of properties. Some properties really need showcasing in their best light, especially when they have stunning surrounding areas or are sat on a large plot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve Had a New Website Design<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Coppenwall have now been in business for 7 years and during that time the website hadn’t really been changed, so we gave it a spruce up and added some new features. Our site gets over 200 visitors<\/strong> a day, and during 2024<\/strong> we’ve had over 300,000<\/strong> hits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Log In<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We’ve started the new customer log in section of our site, where you’ll be able to keep on top of your sale. Customers will be able to check on when the next viewing is, read feedback and look at what stage of a sale their property is at, at any time of the day or night. Customer log in will be launched early 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Sale Board Design<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After 7 years of selling property we thought it was time to upgrade our sale signs, the new design is portrait and not landscape. The downside to landscape boards is they catch the wind and get blown down a little easier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus, we are now switching out the sale sign for a sold one instead of adding SOLD slips to an existing board. This prevents damage to the boards, as slips actually rub the print off the primary board, resulting in more printing and waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
