Tenancy Agreements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We have a fully up-to-date tenancy agreement<\/strong>, which requires signing before a tenant moves in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deposit Lodged with Tenancy Deposit Scheme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Prior to moving in, Coppenwall take a month’s rent<\/strong> and the security deposit<\/strong>. This deposit gets lodged with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme<\/strong> and covers any incidents that occur on tenant move out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rent Protection Service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This particular landlord opted to take advantage of our rent protection service. This means, if for whatever reason the rent isn’t paid or there are legal troubles, you’ll be covered.
