Online – Pros<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The first place a potential buyer will look for properties is online. This is great for sellers, as online agents are accessible 24\/7. This means you will still be receiving interest outside of working hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online estate agents usually operate under a fixed fee service, so you pay less for your service, This is brilliant if you need to keep costs low.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online – Cons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Fixed fees are usually paid up front, which means that online agents can lose their incentive to sell your property for a higher price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may be required to pay extra for photography, floor-plans and viewings – always ask for all costs relating to a sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lack of local area knowledge, and limited contact can also be unhelpful to sellers and buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traditional agents are known for their support and guidance throughout the full sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
