I have used coppenwall to sell houses twice now and they have been absolutely brilliant both times. Really approachable, down to earth, happy to work around us. With the last sale Leon was our main point of contact and he was just fantastic! He always seemed to be in the office when we rang or if not he would get back to us promptly (even replying to messages over the weekend!). He kept us up to date, chased solicitors regularly, listened to us complain when things weren't going quite to plan and gave us some really great advice which helped us get out property sold faster than it may have done otherwise. Duane also deserves a special mention for his amazing photography, even coming back on a sunnier day to get better pictures and drone shots to really showcase our property - thanks Duane! Mia also was always lovely and willing to help wherever she could!

Mia was the one who booked me in for the viewing, she was absolutely lovely to deal with. She was friendly, helpful and made arranging everything really easy from the start.
Leon showed me around the property and was an absolute gent. He was really welcoming, professional and easy to chat to. He shared plenty of useful information without making me feel pressured in any way.
Both of them made the whole experience straightforward. Great customer service can make a real difference and they were both a pleasure to deal with.

Millie was very professional, personable and friendly when dealing with my enquiry about I property that I was interested in viewing. The booking process was handled quickly and a naturally agreed date and time arranged with reminders as follow up. Quick communication after the viewing (sadly the property was not suitable) and a first peek invite sent in case of other suitable properties in the future. Impressive. Would recommend

I would like to thank Jen for her support in renting out my property. Jen went above and beyond to find me some lovely tenants and I totally recommend this lovely company for your tenant find and the ongoing management service of your rental properties.

Our first meeting was with Leon, who evaluated our flat. Leon was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Once we accepted Coppenwall as our agent, our photos were taken promptly by Duane, and our ad was up within a few hours. The photos taken were a really beautiful representation of our flat, as well as the outside space and overall building.

Our property was added as a premium listing as well, without any prompt from ourselves (a lovely extra touch).

The dashboard has been really helpful for us as we can check the progress and how many views our property has had.

The viewing went really well, Duane handled it which took the stress off of us. The viewing went well, and we were able to accept an offer!
