We provide you with a free valuation, discuss and agree a Reserve Price and a Starting Bid, before preparing your property details, photographs, and if necessary, an EPC Report.
Once your property is listed, you will need to provide a Legal Pack.
Online Auctions
Once your property is listed online, generating viewings, and we have your legal pack, we will then put your property into an Online Auction.
This means you can start taking bids immediately and can watch the progress of your sale.
Watch Bids
All buyers accept terms prior to bidding, and a non-refundable Reservation Fee is payable as soon as you have a winning bid.
Completion can take up to 56 days after the Reservation Fee is paid & you keep the full amount of the sale.
