Free Valuation
We will provide you with a FREE, no obligation property valuation. Once instructed, we will prepare: your property details, professional photographs, floor plans.
We will also qualify and book in your viewings but you will have to facilitate those. if you need us to accompany your viewings look at our Pro package.
List your house
We list your house on the best selling platforms, once an offer is placed, we will ensure you achieve the best price for your property. When the sale is agreed, we will send out a sales memo to both solicitors, so they can prepare contracts.
We will liaise with your purchaser regularly.
Exchange Contracts
When your solicitor has done everything he/she needs, they will offer to exchange contracts. Once this has been done, the property sale becomes legally binding, and you should look to arrange removal vans.
On completion, your fee will be paid to Coppenwall estate agents by your solicitor.
