Classic Estate Agency

Coppenwall will visit your property, provide a valuation, take professional photos, write up your property listing, and market your property for you. We deal with all enquiries and validate viewers, but wont accompany viewings for you. Some people prefer this package as they would prefer to do viewings themselves but take advantage of a low cost agent fee.

Coppenwall will provide you with a free EPC Report. An energy performance certificate is required by law to sell your property.

We have a dedicated EPC partner and we'll deal with this for you. This means you won't need to arrange or pay anyone else.

Our Pro package includes legal support. We have some fantastic solcitor partners that we work with day in and day out. We will grab updates for you and keep you updated with your legal journey as well. We can be your single point of contact if needed.

Online Property Auctions

Sounds too good to be true, but at Coppenwall we offer property auctions with 0% commission to us as the agent. There is a small up front charge for a , but the auction service itself is free. If you decide to sell your property via our auction route, you will need a Legal Pack a solicitor will carry out this task.

With our auction route, it has to be done up front.

These packs include important information, necessary for a potential purchaser when deciding whether to bid:

  • Local Authority Search
  • Water and Drainage Search
  • Title Plan & Register or Epitome of Title
  • Fixtures and Fittings Form
  • Property Information Questionnaire
  • Reservation Form/Contract
  • General Terms and Conditions
  • Any Special Conditions of Sale

Coppenwall estate agents can provide you with a legal pack for a cost of between £120 - £160 + VAT. Should you wish to provide your own Legal Pack we will need a copy before we are able to successfully sell your property.
