Cowpe is a small hamlet in Rossendale, between Rawtenstall, Bacup, and Waterfoot. It is best known for it's spectacular views over the Rossendale Valley, and is very popular with walkers, hikers and mountain bikers.
Cowpe is most recognised for it's fishing in Cowpe reservoir, and it's Christmas tree farm at Lench House Farm.
