Can't recommend Coppenwall enough!

We'd had our house up with another local agent for 6 months and got absolutely nowhere. Only a couple of viewings and hardly heard a thing from them unless we chased. We'd pretty much given up hope of selling to be honest.

We decided to give Coppenwall a try and what a difference! We had both a sales and rental valuation as we weren't sure what to do. Jen was lovely, really knew her stuff, especially with all the new renters' rights coming in. She explained everything properly and didn't push us either way. We decided to sell in the end.

Leon came round to take the photos and was brilliant, really friendly and took his time getting everything right. When we saw the house go online we couldn't believe it was the same property! The photos and advert looked fantastic.

Anyway, the house sold in a couple of days!! After 6 months of getting nowhere we honestly couldn't believe it.

The biggest thing for us though was being kept in the loop. Texts, phone calls, emails, we always knew what was going on and never once felt like we had to chase anyone. It was so nice to just leave them to it and know things were being sorted.

Honestly, what a breath of fresh air. Just normal, down to earth people who know what they're doing and actually do what they say they will. Wish we'd gone with them in the first place, would've saved ourselves 6 months of messing about!

Thanks to everyone at Coppenwall, you've been brilliant!

Coppenwall helped us sell our home in Ramsbottom and from the get go they were quick and efficient (only took a matter of days to get the property on the market). The house sold within a week and since then, the communication has been second to none. We found the online dashboard particularly helpful. Special shout out to Leon and Millie for their friendly and speedy help on all matters!

I’ve just sold my home through Coppenwall and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We invited several estate agents to value our property, but from the very beginning Coppenwall stood out as the best fit for us.

Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. Our property sold quickly, and having access to the online dashboard made it so easy to keep track of the sale progression, updates and everything that was happening behind the scenes.

The whole team were friendly, approachable and always happy to help—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Selling a home can be stressful, but Coppenwall made the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.

A well-deserved five stars from me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Coppenwall to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I have used coppenwall to sell houses twice now and they have been absolutely brilliant both times. Really approachable, down to earth, happy to work around us. With the last sale Leon was our main point of contact and he was just fantastic! He always seemed to be in the office when we rang or if not he would get back to us promptly (even replying to messages over the weekend!). He kept us up to date, chased solicitors regularly, listened to us complain when things weren't going quite to plan and gave us some really great advice which helped us get out property sold faster than it may have done otherwise. Duane also deserves a special mention for his amazing photography, even coming back on a sunnier day to get better pictures and drone shots to really showcase our property - thanks Duane! Mia also was always lovely and willing to help wherever she could!
Honestly cannot thank the team at Coppenwall enough, you really made what should have been a stressful time for us really not that stressful!

I have been using Coppenwall Estate Agents as a landlord for several years and have always received excellent service. Their team is professional, responsive, and makes the letting process straightforward and stress-free.

A special mention to Jen, who recently handled the letting of my property. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process.

Had a viewing recently and wanted to leave a review for both Leon and Mia for how helpful they were throughout the process.
Mia was the one who booked me in for the viewing, she was absolutely lovely to deal with. She was friendly, helpful and made arranging everything really easy from the start.
Leon showed me around the property and was an absolute gent. He was really welcoming, professional and easy to chat to. He shared plenty of useful information without making me feel pressured in any way.
Both of them made the whole experience straightforward. Great customer service can make a real difference and they were both a pleasure to deal with.

Great experience!
Millie was very professional, personable and friendly when dealing with my enquiry about I property that I was interested in viewing. The booking process was handled quickly and a naturally agreed date and time arranged with reminders as follow up. Quick communication after the viewing (sadly the property was not suitable) and a first peek invite sent in case of other suitable properties in the future. Impressive. Would recommend

I recently bought a property from Coppenwall and received brilliant service throughout the process. The team was professional and responsible from start to finish.

Although it took a little time to complete everything, I’m very happy to say that I now have the property and everything was handled properly.

A special thank you to Millie for managing the whole process so well. I truly appreciate all the hard work and support.
Thank you once again Millie and her team

Excellent service from the team @ Coppenwall Estate Agents in the sale of my Beloved Late Mothers home 🏡 in particular young Ellie, in numerous phone calls and messages during the marketing and various other issues whilst the house was on the market resulting in it actually being sold by Coppenwall on my behalf
Thank you so much

I would like to thank Jen for her…
I would like to thank Jen for her support in renting out my property. Jen went above and beyond to find me some lovely tenants and I totally recommend this lovely company for your tenant find and the ongoing management service of your rental properties.

Our first meeting was with Leon, who evaluated our flat. Leon was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Once we accepted Coppenwall as our agent, our photos were taken promptly by Duane, and our ad was up within a few hours. The photos taken were a really beautiful representation of our flat, as well as the outside space and overall building.

Our property was added as a premium listing as well, without any prompt from ourselves (a lovely extra touch).

The dashboard has been really helpful for us as we can check the progress and how many views our property has had.

The viewing went really well, Duane handled it which took the stress off of us. The viewing went well, and we were able to accept an offer!

Our experience so far with Coppenwall has been friendly, informative and efficient. We have not had to chase for information or updates, and the whole team have been great! Really proud to have been the first Burnley property represented by Coppenwall!

Leon and Anne made buying and selling my home easy. Their help and guidance was great as I was only 19 the first time around and had a lot of help back then. The whole Coppenwall team are friendly and responsive and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them for any future purchases or sales. Their service is great.

Duane arrived on time was very confident and helpful. Was good at letting me move around at my pace and was knowledgeable about the property, the owners, the work carried out. He answered any query I had was very sociable and amiable. All in all a really good viewing

Five star service again from the team with a special shout out to Mia. I have sold two properties through Coppenwall and they are my go to agent, honest, accurate, reliable and I feel by far the best agent in the area! I’m sure I will be in touch in the near future for the next sale.

Thanks

I’ve recently used Coppenwall to help sell my property and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. The standout throughout the process was Mia, who went above and beyond at every stage.

She was always friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping things move smoothly. Her communication was fantastic — quick updates, clear explanations, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It made the whole process far less stressful and far more personal.

Coppenwall as a whole were efficient and easy to deal with, but Mia really made the difference. She’s a credit to the team, and I’d happily recommend Coppenwall to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
