• Manages all lettings properties.
• Arranges and conducts property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Processes tenancy applications, including references and right-to-rent checks.
• Coordinates property repairs and maintenance with landlords and contractors.
• Manages the eviction process when necessary, following legal procedures.
• Reviews and negotiates rent increases in line with market trends and tenancy agreements.
• Administers additional services such as rent protection and legal cover.
