Can't recommend Coppenwall enough!

We'd had our house up with another local agent for 6 months and got absolutely nowhere. Only a couple of viewings and hardly heard a thing from them unless we chased. We'd pretty much given up hope of selling to be honest.

We decided to give Coppenwall a try and what a difference! We had both a sales and rental valuation as we weren't sure what to do. Jen was lovely, really knew her stuff, especially with all the new renters' rights coming in. She explained everything properly and didn't push us either way. We decided to sell in the end.

Leon came round to take the photos and was brilliant, really friendly and took his time getting everything right. When we saw the house go online we couldn't believe it was the same property! The photos and advert looked fantastic.

Anyway, the house sold in a couple of days!! After 6 months of getting nowhere we honestly couldn't believe it.

The biggest thing for us though was being kept in the loop. Texts, phone calls, emails, we always knew what was going on and never once felt like we had to chase anyone. It was so nice to just leave them to it and know things were being sorted.

Honestly, what a breath of fresh air. Just normal, down to earth people who know what they're doing and actually do what they say they will. Wish we'd gone with them in the first place, would've saved ourselves 6 months of messing about!

Coppenwall helped us sell our home in Ramsbottom and from the get go they were quick and efficient (only took a matter of days to get the property on the market). I have used coppenwall to sell houses twice now and they have been absolutely brilliant both times. Really approachable, down to earth, happy to work around us. With the last sale Leon was our main point of contact and he was just fantastic! He always seemed to be in the office when we rang or if not he would get back to us promptly (even replying to messages over the weekend!). He kept us up to date, chased solicitors regularly, listened to us complain when things weren't going quite to plan and gave us some really great advice which helped us get out property sold faster than it may have done otherwise. Duane also deserves a special mention for his amazing photography, even coming back on a sunnier day to get better pictures and drone shots to really showcase our property - thanks Duane! Mia also was always lovely and willing to help wherever she could!
Honestly cannot thank the team at Coppenwall enough, you really made what should have been a stressful time for us really not that stressful!

The booking process was handled quickly and a naturally agreed date and time arranged with reminders as follow up. Quick communication after the viewing (sadly the property was not suitable) and a first peek invite sent in case of other suitable properties in the future. Impressive. Would recommend

I would like to thank Jen for her support in renting out my property. Jen went above and beyond to find me some lovely tenants and I totally recommend this lovely company for your tenant find and the ongoing management service of your rental properties.

Our first meeting was with Leon, who evaluated our flat. Leon was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Once we accepted Coppenwall as our agent, our photos were taken promptly by Duane, and our ad was up within a few hours. The photos taken were a really beautiful representation of our flat, as well as the outside space and overall building.

Our property was added as a premium listing as well, without any prompt from ourselves (a lovely extra touch).

The dashboard has been really helpful for us as we can check the progress and how many views our property has had.

The viewing went really well, Duane handled it which took the stress off of us. The viewing went well, and we were able to accept an offer!
