Our client from Rawtenstall, Rossendale wanted to sell their home. Three local agents visited and valued the property.

After 5 days of negotiations and second viewings, the property was under offer. Our client was over the moon with the speed of the sale, and with an over asking price offer. This enabled our client to then buy their forever home.

The only estate agent in the valley that should be used! From the start, Emma listened to our needs and instead of devaluing our property to sell like other estate agents recommended, she in fact aimed to achieve market value and got it.. within 5 days no less!!!!

Emma truly understands sales, she understands the market & listens to the needs of her clients. Furthermore, when the going got tough during the process of exchange/completion (issues which was out of her hands) Emma stepped in to assist which was vital in allowing the completion to push through.
