Awards Night
The Negotiator Awards 2019 took place on 29th November 2019 at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London. Tom Allen hosted the event brilliantly.

Our Award
We were shortlisted for New Agency of the Year and Website of the Year. Sadly we didn’t place for the New Agency Award, but we did pick up an amazing Bronze award for Best Agency Website.
Twenty agencies were shortlisted, so we are really proud to have received our bronze award.
The main reason we won an award is mainly because we focus on customer experience.
We’ve made sure our site is simple to understand, extremely easy to navigate & the copy is well written.
We also monitor and improve everything we do, we have sophisticated analytics & heat mapping software to understand user behaviour.
We also created our new property portal Coppenwall Property Hub.
Users can log in, save a search, share, enquire about viewings, search, filter and browse our properties for sale.
What’s Next?
In 2020 Copppenwall will release even more online software to improve communication with vendors and potential buyers. We will also improve our property portal and notifications to both buyers and sellers.
Our goal in 2020 is to increase growth and scale up. We will help more people sell their homes in and around Rossendale and save our clients money in the process. Read our customer reviews
