Best Sales Month – March 2022
Our best month for sales was March 2022, where we found 31 buyers for homes within Rossendale. In the same month, we also listed 30 properties.

We pride ourselves on customer service, we focus on keeping all our vendors, buyers, and service providers up to date with as much info as we can. We also educate our vendors and buyers on the property selling process so everybody is as kept up to date as possible.

Gravy Wrestling Rossendale Official Sponsor 2022
World Gravy Wrestling started in Rossendale in 2007, and whilst there may have been others around the globe, the Rossendale version is certainly one of the biggest annual events, it’s a huge hit with the crowds and attracts contestants from all corners of the country.
Coppenwall sponsored the charity event, it’s a fantastic day of family fun. The event was featured on many different news outlets, including ITV News. This year, the event raised funds for East Lancashire Hospice.
Apprenticeship Scheme at Coppenwall
Here at Coppenwall we believe in investing in people, and we’ve welcomed a new Apprentice to join our team. Meet Mia. Mia has joined us as a Junior Estate Agent and already started answering calls and helping out with marketing appointments.
Mia is working towards NVQ Level 2 in Estate Agency.
Gin N Trek Charity Event
The Gin N Trek event is organised by Rossendale Hospice, a local charity that care for people with life limiting illnesses. The team joined in the event, it was a fantastic day, and we bumped into many of our vendors and buyers along the way.
Golden Board Competition
We decided to turn one of our sale boards GOLD! Coppenwall did the competition on Facebook and asked people to find the board, a winner and runner-up was picked at random to win a voucher for a new restaurant in town, GemNi. We had dozens of entries and even a few photos.
Rental Properties
We’ve grown our managed rental property side of the business during 2022, we’ve now got dozens of rental properties on our books. The rental market in Rossendale is busy and plenty of tenants are ready and waiting to find a home to rent.
We’ve also had a number of properties convert from Sale to Rental to bring in a rental income whilst retaining the asset.

Our website got a staggering 285k visits in 2022, and users spent an average of 1m:15s on our site. Our website has all our available sales and rental properties on it. We receive viewing enquiries daily via our website and new features are being added all the time.
More visits to our site means more sales for our vendors.
Property Sales for 2022
We sold 149 properties in 2022 99% of those were in Rossendale itself and few neighbouring towns, we do cover Edenfield, Ramsbottom, Burnley, Todmorden, Accrington and more.

Towards the end of 2022 we received a SILVER AWARD for ESTATE AGENCY SERVICES in North West Lancashire.
Coppenwall Xmas Party
This year we took the team to Mario’s Italian Restaurant in Bacup where we enjoyed a lovely meal and were certainly well looked after by Mario himself.
