Property Sales
We’ve had a lot of sales this summer, with over 50 property sales in the last 3 months. We normally see sales to drop off in August with everyone going on their holidays, but sales were steady this year.

We’ve sponsored and attended two great local events this summer, the World Gravy Wrestling championships at the Rose N Bowl in aid of East Lancashire Hospice.
We also attended the Gin N Ale Trail, which is a fantastic event in aid of Rossendale Hospice.
Charity Skydive
Emma and Mia jumped out of a plane and raised over £1000 for Rossendale Hospice.

Director Duane Boxed off the Yorkshire 3 Peaks
Director Duane and his good friend Ben recently completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge, which is a gruelling hike in the Yorkshire dales. We raised over £550 for the charity Alcohol Change.

MD Emma Passes Her Exams
Our MD, Emma Dobson, has been studying hard and has just passed her Level 4 Certificate in Property Agency Management, the highest qualification in the industry, and is now officially FARLA qualified!
This means even higher standards, deeper knowledge, an even stronger Coppenwall, and Emma can now add letters after her name!

Haslingden Girls & Ladies Football Club Summer Event
A brilliant day at the Haslingden Girls and Ladies FC presentation event! Loads of fun, amazing community spirit, and plenty of support for this fantastic local club. Big shoutout to everyone who came along, and yes, there were lots of cakes!
