Mobile-First Design
Most customers access their dashboard on a mobile device, so we’ve redesigned it with phones in mind. A new tab menu makes it easier to move between sections, find documents and check updates wherever you are.

Keep track of your purchase with legal updates, mortgage and search information, and progression milestones. You’ll also find more details about the property you’re buying, alongside solicitor information and key documents as they become available.
Landlords
The landlord dashboard has had a complete overhaul, bringing together tenancy details, rent information, safety certificates and important expiry dates. Access tenancy agreements and deposit protection documents, with available documents ready to view and download.
Tenants
Find your tenancy agreement, deposit details, rent information and available safety certificates in one place. You can now submit maintenance requests and follow updates on maintenance jobs through the dashboard, with useful renting guides and contact details close at hand.
