In September we launched our all new online Coppenwall Property Portal. The new portal is a huge step forward for us as we grow and build out our online applications.
Posts To More Online Market Places
Our new portal has instant connectors to lots of online market places such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, Net House Prices, Onedome, Homes24, Property Pigeon, Properties 365, Facebook Market Place and many more.
This means that when we list your property we list it in as many locations as we can, so we get the best possible exposure and enquiries on properties we have for sale.
My Account
We have built a My Account section for property buyers. In this area you can save a search and view your saved properties.
When Coppenwall lists a property that matches your saved search, the system will automatically send you an email saying we’ve found a match.
This really helps us grow our database of buyers and their property requirements.
Printable Brochure
This is a simple feature that takes the property description, features and photos and organises them into a neat printable format.
Map Search
You can search for properties on a map, and you can even draw a search area and view properties within that region.
Large Photos
We have now added XL photos to our portal, so if you have a large high resolution screen you’ll be able to see all that extra detail. This really comes in handy if you are browsing on a TV, the larger images and lightbox gallery allow you to show friends and family the property you are interested in.
Share Email & Save
You can now share to friends and save a property in your my account section. This makes it easier to share properties with partners, parents and friends.
Search
Our new Property Portal has had a brand new search. You can also perform a search, copy the URL and send this on to someone else.
For example if you wanted to show somebody all the properties for sale in Rawtenstall with a maximum price of £250k you can.
Name
We needed a new name for the Property Portal so we’ve kept things simple and named it “Property Hub“.
