
On Thursday 5 November 2020 the UK is going into another lockdown. However the housing market is still open.
A tweet from Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick said: “Q: Can I still move house? A: Yes – the housing market will remain open throughout this period. Everyone should continue to play their part in reducing the spread of the virus by following the current guidance.”
For appointments:
- Only parties of 2 can visit a property
- Facemasks MUST be worn
- Hands must be sanitised
- Don’t touch anything inside a property
- Only arrange viewings if you are in a position to purchase
If you are selling a property and would like to pause viewings please let us know. We have to remain extremely cautious during these difficult times.
Virtual
If you would like to arrange a virtual valuation or viewing we can facilitate those, just ask a member of the team. We use Facebook / WhatsApp / Zoom for virtual appointments.
Delays
