We are still OPEN and even in the event of a full lockdown, will remain open with restricted services. At present, we are still conducting viewings and valuations but under very strict guidelines:
- Only parties of 2 can visit a property
- Facemasks MUST be worn or entry will be refused
- Hands must be sanitised
- Don’t touch anything inside a property
We have to remain extremely cautious about the way we continue to do business.
Vendors
Keep in mind that properties on the market are being sold by the owner. If the owner wants to pause viewings then we will support their needs and prevent access. We can always take names and numbers in readiness for softer restrictions.
Tier 3 Lockdown
Lancashire has now been put into a Tier 3 lockdown. This means we are now in an area with significantly higher levels of covid 19 transmission.
