During 2023 we’ve sold circa 118 properties in and around the Rossendale area. This is not quite as many as last year, but all round property sales have slumped a little due to the rise in mortgage interest rates this year.

5th Birthday for Coppenwall
Coppenwall turned 5 in March this year, and we created a fantastic video to highlight our progress over the years. We’ve grown from strength to strength and now one of the biggest award-winning, well reviewed estate agents in the Rossendale valley.

Mia joined the Coppenwall team in September 2022 as an apprentice and since then has been studying hard learning the estate agency business.
Mia has gone from strength to strength in her role and has recently passed her exams to become level 2 qualified junior estate agent.
This is a great success story for both Mia and Team Coppenwall.
