Coppenwall is a Member of Propertymark, the Professional Body for the Property Sector.

Propertymark is the leading membership body for property agents. The company has recently been through a series of training courses to keep up with the ever-changing property landscape.

Membership

Coppenwall is a member of Propertymark, this means we have met the criteria to join the body. During the process, Coppenwall has had to have a rigorous health check, and ensure we have the appropriate practices, training and procedures in place to achieve the accreditation.

What makes an ARLA Propertymark Protected Letting Agent Different?

Propertymark Protected agencies hold client money in a separate client account. In simple terms, your money is safe and insured by the banks, should an agent unexpectedly go bust, or commit theft.

The regulation of letting agents is a work in progress.

In the meantime there are membership bodies such as Propertymark who continue to ensure excellent practice, and their member agents absolutely have to have qualifications and adhere to strict codes of conduct.
