Sebastian Joined the Team
Seb has joined the Coppenwall team as a property valuer and viewing agent. Seb lives locally and has years of experience in the property industry.
Millie Joined the Team
Millie joined the team as an apprentice and is currently working through her official training to become a qualified junior estate agent. Millie answers phone calls and generally supports the sales team.
4 Sales on 1 Street
It’s not often this happens, but this is actually 4 independent sales on the same street. We then actually went on to sell two other properties on the street, and at the time of writing we still have 4 sold boards on the street.

We’ve Upped Our Marketing Game
We’ve invested in a new drone to enable us to take aerial photography of properties. Some properties really need showcasing in their best light, especially when they have stunning surrounding areas or are sat on a large plot.

Gin N Trek Official Sponsor
All in aid of the Rossendale hospice the annual Gin N Trek event always gets a big crowd, and It’s great to see so many of our vendors and buyers out enjoying themselves in the local area.
World Gravy Wrestling Official Sponsor
What a wacky and wonderful event this one is. The Official world gravy wrestling championships are held at the Rose N Bowl in Stacksteads. The event raises money for the East Lancashire Hospice and is attended by 100’s of people each year.

We share a lot of what we do on social media, and even offer voucher giveaways to our engaged audience. This helps us spread the word about our business whilst highlighting excellent local business.
We’ve Had a New Website Design
Coppenwall have now been in business for 7 years and during that time the website hadn’t really been changed, so we gave it a spruce up and added some new features. Our site gets over 200 visitors a day, and during 2024 we’ve had over 300,000 hits.
Customer Log In
We’ve started the new customer log in section of our site, where you’ll be able to keep on top of your sale. Customers will be able to check on when the next viewing is, read feedback and look at what stage of a sale their property is at, at any time of the day or night. Customer log in will be launched early 2025.
New Sale Board Design
After 7 years of selling property we thought it was time to upgrade our sale signs, the new design is portrait and not landscape. The downside to landscape boards is they catch the wind and get blown down a little easier.
Plus, we are now switching out the sale sign for a sold one instead of adding SOLD slips to an existing board. This prevents damage to the boards, as slips actually rub the print off the primary board, resulting in more printing and waste.

One of our good friends is the chairman and coach of Haslingden Girls and Ladies Football Club, so we thought it would be nice to sponsor one of their teams. The shirt looks great and certainly on brand for us.
