Automated Appointment Reminders from Coppenwall

We all have busy lives, especially for people buying and selling houses.

The Coppenwall system has been updated and we’ve added some smart new features. Automated appointment reminders via text message.

We often get calls asking for directions or a reminder of appointment times. So we’ve made things a little easier, by giving you the right information at the right time.

On the morning of your appointment you will get a text reminder with all the information you need. We’ve made tweaks to this information so that your phones messaging app will automatically recognise certain data.

If you click on the property address in your message, this will now open a Maps / Sat Nav application, making your journey even easier.

By clicking on the time of the appointment, this will add a reminder to your calendar.

We also add a property link in your message that will take you to the online listing so you can check back on the property you have just viewed.

We’ve also added automation into our valuation appointments, just to make sure we keep you updated. On the morning of your property valuation, we’ll send you a reminder of when we are attending.

Here at Coppenwall, our systems are improving all the time. We make sure our vendors and viewers get notified of progress throughout a property sale.

If you are thinking of selling your home, get in touch with the team, we’d love to have a chat and tell you more about our fantastic estate agent services.
